Sign in safely, recover access and understand backups
Your email, password and authenticator protect access to the private workspace. Help pages and videos use fictional information. They do not need your borrower records or credentials.
Use the intended account
Sign in with your own email and a unique password. Complete authenticator verification to open the private workspace. Use Sign out when finished, especially on a shared device.
Reset a forgotten password
Choose Forgot password, enter your email and open the recovery link in your inbox. Enter and confirm a new password, then continue to verification. A recovery request message does not confirm whether an email has an account.
Handle an expired link or code
Request a new password recovery link if the previous one expired or is invalid. For authenticator codes, check your device's clock and use a current code. Password recovery does not remove the authenticator requirement.
Handle a lost authenticator carefully
A self-service lost-authenticator bypass is not currently available. Contact the person responsible for your workspace through your established support channel for an identity-verified recovery process. Keep passwords, codes, setup keys and email recovery links private.
Distinguish exports from backups
Downloaded files preserve their included records only. They do not necessarily contain authentication settings, private documents or everything needed to restore the application. Managed backup coverage, retention and restore targets must be verified by the operator.
Report a problem with minimum information
Note the page, approximate time, steps taken and visible error message. Share a redacted screenshot through your established support channel. Avoid including borrower details, bank statements, passwords or authenticator secrets.
Check your result
- You can sign out and return through the normal verification flow.
