How private loan tracking works

Try these workflows in the fictional-data demo before creating a private account.

01

Set the agreement

Add your borrower, amount, rate and payment dates. Review the details before saving.

02

Follow the money

Record advances and payments. Keep principal, interest and borrower credit clear.

03

See the whole story

Open a dated ledger, check a settlement or export the numbers for your accountant.

FLEXIBLE WHERE IT MATTERS

Loan ledgers, repayments and due dates

Explore these capabilities in the demo workspace.

A ledger you recognise

Dated particulars, explicit money in and money out, voucher references, sorting and filters.

Dates that make sense

Every 30th, month end, weekly, twice monthly or quarterly. Short months keep the intended payment day.

Room for your spreadsheets

Map Excel columns, review the entries and export a clear record. Tally-style cash ledger layouts are supported.

Clarity before commitment

Review payments and new loans before saving. Keep currencies separate and preserve dated corrections.

A CLEARER RECORD FOR EVERY CONVERSATION

For people managing private loans

Individual lenders

Explore one place to follow each borrower, agreement and repayment instead of searching across notes and spreadsheets.

Business owners

Review loan advances, money received and upcoming payment dates using a dedicated lending ledger.

Accountants and advisers

Explore dated ledgers and Excel exports for reviewing a lender’s records. Shared accountant access is not available yet.

KNOW WHAT IS AVAILABLE TODAY

What is FolioPact?

FolioPact is software for organising private loan agreements, borrower records and repayments. Start with the fictional-data demo to explore the lending workspace.

Does FolioPact provide loans?

FolioPact provides record-keeping software. It does not provide funds or match lenders with borrowers.

How much does FolioPact cost?

The public demo is free to explore without an account. Paid plans and live financial posting are not available yet; pricing will be published before paid access is offered.

Can I see the product before signing up?

Yes. The demo has fictional borrowers and loans. It resets when you refresh and is separate from the private workspace.

Is this a replacement for my accounting books?

FolioPact focuses on loan agreements and borrower cash movements. Use Excel exports with your accountant; full company accounting, tax filings and a direct Tally connection are not included.

Can I start using it with real financial data?

Email accounts and masked bank accounts are available for review. Financial posting and document handling remain unavailable. Please use made-up details in the demo.

What if a payment is due on the 30th in February?

It falls on the last day of February, then returns to the 30th in March. You can also choose the actual last day of every month.
