Invitations, shared statements and payment evidence
Borrower access is implemented behind release controls. It is unavailable until the live book, private files, transactional email and recovery are verified. These instructions describe the controlled workflow; they are not a launch announcement.
Review individual access before inviting
The lender selects one borrower, the intended email address, agreements and individually eligible documents, then chooses View shared access. Check the recipient and scope before confirmation. Each joint recipient requires a separate invitation; matching names or emails never merge records or lender books.
Accept with the intended verified account
Invitations expire after seven days. Sign in with the verified email address that received the invitation and verify your authenticator. A forwarded link does not grant access to a different account. If signed in to the wrong account, sign out and switch; ask the lender to cancel and re-invite if the address was wrong. A resend invalidates the previous pending link.
Read one lender and agreement at a time
Choose the lender/workspace and agreement, then an as-of civil date. Principal, capitalised interest, due interest, accrued interest and charges come from the posted lender book. Currencies stay separate. A future collection date is calendar information, not a confirmed instalment amount or completed payment. CSV and print/save-PDF statements recheck access.
Submit a claim with private evidence
Save a draft with agreement, payment date, exact amount/currency, method, optional UTR/UPI/cheque/international reference and note. Upload PDF, JPEG or PNG evidence, at most five files of 10 MB each. Files are quarantined until validated and scanned. An unsubmitted draft is private from the lender. Discard a failed draft attachment before replacing it; its audit is retained. Submit after checking the draft. A claim is not a receipt and does not reduce the book. Submitted details and evidence cannot be overwritten.
Follow lender review and corrections
The lender may request clarification, reject with a borrower-facing reason or link a matching posted receipt after reviewing its account and allocations. Where trusted posting has been released, the lender can instead review a receiving account and exact component allocation, then post one new receipt and accept the claim together. Reply to clarification in the claim history. Possible duplicates require review rather than silent deletion. Original posted payments remain in history; a dated correction restates their effect from the correction date. Download a fresh statement after a correction.
Revoke access and get support
The lender can cancel a pending invitation or revoke each accepted recipient grant. New browser/API/export/file requests recheck the grant; already downloaded data cannot be recalled. Use Forgot password for account recovery. For incorrect invitations, balances or access, contact the lender who sent the invitation. Report technical problems through your established FolioPact support contact with a redacted error/time; never send passwords, financial attachments or authenticator codes.
Check your result
- The access preview contains only intended agreements and individually selected files.
- A pending claim leaves all posted balances unchanged.
- The review outcome and dated history remain visible after refresh, while revoked grants disappear.
