Export ledgers, statements and reports
An export is useful only when its scope is clear. Check the borrower, lender entity, currency, dates and filters before downloading. Demo exports contain fictional data.
Set the reporting scope
Choose the as-of date, currency, lender entity and applicable filters. Keep each currency book separate; adding INR and USD totals does not produce a meaningful portfolio amount.
Export a register
Open the relevant register or Ledger and use Export. Check the downloaded columns, filters and banking references against the visible record. Sorting and searching can affect the scope.
Download a spreadsheet or event history
Open Reports for CSV, XLSX or JSON options. Exact decimal values in spreadsheet exports are stored as text to preserve precision. Convert copies deliberately if your accountant needs numeric spreadsheet formulas.
Print a dated statement
Open a loan, choose its statement date and use Print / PDF. In your browser's print dialog, choose Save as PDF where supported. Review the preview for page breaks and the selected statement date.
Separate a quote from an actual payment
The Settlement tab estimates obligations under the selected assumptions. Generating a quote does not post cash or close the agreement. Record the actual receipt separately in the demo if you are testing settlement.
Check your result
- The file has the intended date, borrower/entity and currency scope.
- Balances and correction lines reconcile with the screen.
- You have reviewed the print preview before sharing.
